His Majesty the King will on the morning of Wednesday, November 26, at Noordeinde Palace in The Hague, successively receive the letters of credence from the ambassador of the Republic of Suriname, His Excellency R. W. Panka, the ambassador of the Republic of Haiti, His Excellency A. Nicolas, and the ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia, Her Excellency S. Kimsour.

The ambassadors will be picked up in a gala carriage and accompanied by a chamberlain of the King. The ambassadorial staff rides along in a blue carriage. Riders in gala attire accompany the gala carriage. Two riders of the Mounted Police in ceremonial uniform ride in front of and behind each procession. The ambassadors are dressed in tailcoat or national costume.

At Noordeinde Palace, a guard of honor and a military band are stationed. The guard of honor consists of a commander and two detachments of the Land Forces Command. The music is provided by the Royal Military Band Johan Willem Friso.

There are also two honor posts of the Royal Marechaussee Brigade The Hague at the Palace. After an honorary salute of four drum rolls and the national anthem of the ambassadors country, an inspection of the guard of honor follows and the ambassador with entourage enters. Upon the ambassadors departure, four honorary drum rolls follow again.
