advertentieHis Majesty the King has appointed Mrs. Drs. K.E. (Karin) Alberts as personal advisor to His Majesty King Willem-Alexander and Her Majesty Queen Máxima by Royal Decree effective August 25, 2025.
Mrs. Alberts (1972) studied Social History and Journalism at Erasmus University Rotterdam. After her studies, she worked as a journalist for VPRO and NOS. Since 2019, she has been working at the Province of Utrecht, first as a spokesperson and communication advisor for the Provincial States, and in recent years as a strategic advisor and spokesperson for the Commissioner of the King.
