His Majesty the King received Mr. Prof. S.E. Bartels, Ms. V.M.A. Sinnige, and Ms. F. Damsteegt at Palace Noordeinde in The Hague on the morning of July 2. Mr. Bartels was appointed attorney-general in the civil law section of the Public Prosecution Service at the Supreme Court of the Netherlands, Ms. Sinnige was appointed attorney-general in the criminal law section of the Public Prosecution Service at the Supreme Court of the Netherlands, and Ms. Damsteegt was appointed judge in the criminal chamber of the Supreme Court of the Netherlands.
