His Majesty the King received Mr. R. Duggins due to his appointment as State Councilor of the Kingdom.

His Majesty the King received Mr. R. Duggins on Wednesday morning, October 8, at Palace Noordeinde in The Hague due to his appointment as State Councilor of the Kingdom for the country of Sint Maarten. Mr. Duggins has become a member of the Advisory Division of the Council of State of the Kingdom.
State Councilor Duggins was sworn in before the King.
