The Public Prosecution Service (OM) in Northern Netherlands has launched a criminal investigation against the directors of the bankrupt company Nova Incasso B.V. As part of this investigation, the Northern Netherlands police conducted a search on May 20 in two residences in Amsterdam. During this search, phones, laptops, luxury goods, and documentation were seized. The two directors are suspects in an investigation into forgery, fraud, and bankruptcy fraud.
The police and the OM initiated the investigation due to multiple reports against the directors of the company that was declared bankrupt in December 2024 and several companies associated with it.
No arrests have been made at this stage of the investigation. The police and the OM do not rule out the possibility of arrests in the future.
