We therefore ask for feedback on the advice regarding the SCE 2025 and the amendment note for the SCE 2026. This note is an additional discussion document in which we state the questions and assumptions of the Ministry for the SCE 2026, our view on recent developments, and our specific questions.

Market Consultation SCE 

We invite the reader of this document to respond in writing to this amendment note and to the previously published advice for the SCE 2025. This written response must be received by the Netherlands Environmental Assessment Agency by April 11, 2025. You can submit your response using the consultation form and address it to sde@pbl.nl. 

If an additional conversation is desired by the Netherlands Environmental Assessment Agency, it will be held between May 6 and June 2, 2025.
