The Ministry of Climate and Green Growth has requested advice from the Netherlands Environmental Assessment Agency on the SDE++ 2026. This report is an initial step to gather input from industry organizations, stakeholders, and interested parties.
We are requesting responses to the previously published advice regarding SDE++ 2025 and the amendment note for SDE++ 2026. This note is an additional discussion document outlining the questions and principles of KGG for SDE++ 2026, our view on recent developments, and our specific questions.
Market Consultation SDE++
Before we prepare the advice, we wish to engage in discussions with industry organizations, stakeholders, and interested parties about their experiences with SDE++ and their expectations regarding future developments. We therefore invite the reader of this document to respond in writing to this amendment note and to the previously published advice for SDE++ 2025. Written responses must be submitted to the Netherlands Environmental Assessment Agency by April 11, 2025. You can submit your response using the consultation form and address it to sde@pbl.nl. If an additional meeting is deemed necessary by the Agency, it will be held between May 6 and June 2, 2025.
Project Partners
During the research process leading up to this advice, we received support from TNO and DNV. This report is a joint product of the three organizations under the final responsibility of the Agency.
We assume the reader is familiar with the SDE++ scheme. More information about the SDE++ scheme itself can be found on the RVO.nl website.
