Shortly after 6:30 PM, the officers saw the boy riding a scooter without a license plate. They followed him and saw that he was performing a dangerous stunt. He rode for a while on only his back wheel. Then he swerved the scooter left and right. When the scooter was back on two wheels, the officers blocked the road with their police car and stopped the boy. The boy received several fines, including for dangerous driving. During the check, it turned out that the scooter had also been stolen earlier this year in Breda. The boy was then arrested and taken to the police station.

They noticed that the rider was not wearing a helmet and that the vehicle had no license plate. This was enough reason for the officers to stop the boy.
