Suspect of scamming elderly woman arrested

On Monday, May 12, 2025, an elderly woman received a call at her home phone. Someone pretended to be a bank employee. The bank employee sent a courier to the woman to whom she had to give her debit card and PIN. She did so. Shortly after, 800 euros were withdrawn from her account. The scammer has since been arrested. Thank you for keeping an eye out!
