In the garage on Rudolf Garrelsstraat, four items resembling firearms were found. Two of these four items are not considered illegal. The other two comply with the Weapons and Ammunition Act and are under further investigation. Following the discovery of these weapons, a connection was made to the corresponding home. In this home, a bag containing a significant amount of drugs was found. These have been seized. Forensic investigation is currently examining which drugs were found and how much was seized.
Administrative report
The police are preparing an administrative report for the municipality. This may lead to administrative measures. With this discovery, another quantity of hard drugs has been removed from circulation. Drugs contribute to criminal growth, violence, and undermining crime.
