Police Seeks Witnesses of a Serious Assault at Bijlmer Arena Station

The police are seeking witnesses to a serious assault of a man at Bijlmer Arena station in Amsterdam-Zuidoost. The incident occurred on the evening of Friday, October 31, 2025, in the station hall. The victim was injured and lost consciousness, then transported to the hospital. The police are still looking for witnesses and welcome any footage.

On Friday evening around 6:45 PM, the victim was struck hard by a man. When the victim fell to the ground, the suspect kicked him multiple times in the head. A second man then hit the victim—who lay motionless on the ground—with a bottle on his head. Afterwards, both suspects fled the scene, leaving the victim injured and unconscious in the station hall. The victim was transported to the hospital with injuries.

The police are searching for the following suspects:

-Man
-Around 25 years old
-1.65 meters tall
-Light complexion
-Dark thick jacket

Suspect 2:
-Man
-Around 25 years old
-1.75 meters tall
-Light complexion
-Dark clothing
