In total, the Aviation Supervision Team of the National Expertise and Operations Unit and the Royal Marechaussee conducted 391 alcohol checks on cabin and cockpit personnel between 7 and 9 oclock. Three of the breath tests were positive.

One flight attendant blew 120 μg/L and received a fine of 275 euros from the Public Prosecution Service. Another flight attendant blew 100 μg/L and also paid a fine of 275 euros. A captain blew 90 μg/L, which is just below the allowed limit. Prosecution is possible under the Aviation Act for amounts above 90 μg/L. However, a flight ban was imposed for a duration of 1 hour.
