At around 3:30 PM, a report was made of a vehicle that had crashed into a tree on Europalaan. The cause of the vehicle crashing into the tree is still under investigation. Despite the arrival of emergency services, the driver of the vehicle has passed away. The area around Europalaan has been cordoned off for further investigation. Further information about the victim cannot yet be released as the priority now lies in informing the next of kin.
