The victim was on the bus around 2:30 AM on the night of Thursday, June 19 to Friday, June 20, when a man boarded. When the woman got off at a later stop, the man followed her. Shortly after, the man committed sexual acts on her. The suspect fled when the victim started screaming.
In October, we asked the public for help to locate the suspect. We showed, among other things, video footage of the suspect. After the man was identified, he could be internationally tracked, which ultimately led to his arrest in Germany.
