Income
During the term of the collective labor agreement, from December 1, 2025, to December 15, 2027, the following salary increases will be implemented:
- As of December 1, 2025, the salary will be increased by 1 percent.
- As of March 1, 2026, the salary will be increased by 2 percent.
- As of September 1, 2026, the salary will be increased by 2 percent.
- As of January 1, 2027, the salary will be increased by 2 percent.
- As of July 1, 2027, the salary will be increased by 1.5 percent.
In total, there will be a salary increase of 8.5% during the term. Additionally, police officers will receive a one-time payment of € 1100 gross in December 2025 and September 2026. Furthermore, it has been agreed that the IKB-netto will be increased to € 500.
Sustainable Employability and Early Retirement
The negotiation result includes agreements aimed at ensuring that employees remain sustainably employable throughout their police careers. Additionally, parties have made new adjusted and more targeted agreements regarding the possibility of early retirement for employees with heavy work, who were born in 1962, 1963, 1964, and the first quarter of 1965. These adjusted agreements fit within the framework of the central agreement healthy to retirement.
Other Agreements
Furthermore, agreements have been made regarding entry and progression opportunities, career perspectives, compensation for trainees, repayment of student debt, inclusion, sustainability, and police volunteers. Parties are satisfied with the negotiation result. The agreements in this result are aimed at all (groups of) employees and volunteers and contribute to a future-proof police organization.
