Several incidents occurred this year at the house on Wezelstraat, including a window being smashed. The investigation team suspects the incidents are targeted at the residents of the house and are connected to two explosions at a tanning studio in Borne. Seven suspects have already been arrested for those explosions, six of whom remain in custody.
During the searches, a cannabis grow operation was also found in a house. This is being dismantled further.
The suspect arrested today is under full restrictions, so we are cautious about sharing further information. The investigation continues, focusing among other things on the exact role of the arrested suspect.
