Around 8:30 PM, a car reversed into a glass facade of the hospital on Henri Dunantstraat in Heerlen. Immediately after, it drove forward into another part of the facade. The driver was seriously injured in the collision and was immediately taken to the emergency department where he died shortly thereafter.
