During the control on the Voorschoterweg, a total of 61 vehicles were checked for, among other things, their technical condition. Drivers were warned for observed defects, but several fines were also issued. Seven drivers were caught without a valid drivers license, and there were fines for not wearing seat belts, incorrect lighting, trailers that did not meet requirements, and in two cases, a driver was working as a taxi without the necessary permit. One car was seized for further investigation, and an amount of over 8000 euros was confiscated due to suspicion of money laundering.
The bikers also issued several fines, including for cycling with a mobile phone in hand, lack of lighting, fatbikes exceeding speed limits, and driving under the influence. The latter resulted in the arrest of the driver, as well as someone who fled on their e-bike and was later arrested for the ID law.
