Around 3:30 AM, the first incident occurred this night. A necklace was pulled from the neck of an unsuspecting victim on Aert van Nesstraat. Officers present in the area were able to intervene quickly and arrested a suspect. He had multiple pieces of jewelry with him, possibly from other robberies. The suspect is an 18-year-old boy from Dronten.

At 4 AM, it happened again. This time on the Lijnbaan. Here too, a necklace was pulled from a victims neck. Officers were able to respond quickly again and arrested two suspects. They are a 16-year-old boy and a 22-year-old man from Oosterhout.

The police found jewelry that has not yet been linked to a report. Therefore, the police urge people to always file a report if you have been a victim of theft or robbery. Sometimes your taken valuables are not immediately found but may be recovered later.
