Being punched in the face more than ten times: this happens to a man and woman after a man intervenes in the conversation the victims are having. When the male victim indicates that he does not appreciate this, a verbal exchange occurs during which the suspect physically confronts the male victim. He receives more than ten punches to the face. A man and a woman are standing by their bicycles in front of a fast-food chain at the Hugo de Grootplein that night. They are having a conversation until it is interrupted by two men. The duo that has been standing in front of the fast-food chain for a while intervenes in the conversation. The male victim then asks them to leave him and his girlfriend alone.

A verbal exchange ensues, after which the suspect physically confronts the male victim. He is repeatedly punched in the head with clenched fists. As if this is not bad enough, one of the suspects uses his -shoe lost during the assault- to hit the victims again.
