The boy was walking around the fair when he was robbed near the NS square. A minor boy from Budel-Schoot threatened him with violence and forced him to hand over his personal belongings. A second minor boy from Budel kept an eye on the surroundings. Eventually, the perpetrators made off with his money.
Bystander Acts Quickly
A bystander immediately called 112 and provided a clear description. This allowed officers to act quickly. Additionally, surveillance cameras were activated to scan the area. Shortly thereafter, they spotted two boys who matched the description. They directed officers to check on them.
Arrest
The officers approached the boys and arrested them. Both suspects were taken to the police station. A report was filed, and the police are further investigating the case.
