Officers drove to Wouwse Plantage following a report of a nuisance person. When the officers entered the street, they saw the man walking. They approached him and started a conversation. The officers suspected the man was under the influence of alcohol. During the conversation, the man remained troublesome and did not cooperate.
During the conversation, the man suddenly walked to the police car. He kicked the door hard, causing a dent. The police were able to immediately arrest the 29-year-old man for vandalizing a service vehicle.
