Vehicle Check
When the officers wanted to check the vehicle on Friday, October 10, 2025, they saw three people sitting in the car. One of the officers asked the driver for his drivers license, which he handed over without any problems. During this check, the officers noticed that there was a laughing gas cylinder in the vehicle. This prompted them to search further. During the search of the car, they found not only several laughing gas cylinders but also bags of hard drugs.
Drug Use and Arrest
The officers decided to test the driver for drug use. The test was positive, confirming that the man was under the influence of narcotics. The 39-year-old driver from s-Hertogenbosch was then taken to the police station, where he underwent a blood test.
Passenger Arrest
During the search of one of the passengers, the officers found several bags of hard drugs. This passenger, a 58-year-old man, was arrested on the spot for possession of the drugs.
Details
In total, the officers found nearly twenty bags containing different types of hard drugs. These have been seized and will be examined. The driver of the car also received a fine for possessing the laughing gas cylinders.
