On that Sunday afternoon, a young man was attacked for reasons that remain unclear in a small wooded area by a group of youths. He was pushed and pulled and endured several blows. He ended up on the ground and was subsequently robbed of his phone. The group then fled the scene.

The victim filed a report, and the detectives launched an investigation. Over time, this led to a group of both underage and adult suspects who may have been involved in this case and were arrested today. The suspects come from the municipalities of Laarbeek, Gemert-Bakel, and Eindhoven.
