On Saturday afternoon, December 28 around 12:00 PM, a man was walking with a stroller containing a child over the ’40-‘45 square. It appears that the man behaved very roughly towards the child multiple times. The child and the man belong to the same family. Several witnesses confronted the man about his behavior. The police were informed, after which the suspect was arrested. The man has since been released but remains a suspect.

The detective unit is investigating exactly what happened that Saturday afternoon. The suspects behavior is not clearly visible on footage, but it is recorded that many witnesses observed the incident. The detectives would like to speak with people who witnessed the event and have not yet spoken to the police.
