At around 00:15 on September 28, the control room received a report of an injury accident - between a car and a cyclist - at the intersection of Willem de Zwijgerlaan and Admiraal de Ruijterweg. The woman fell hard and was dragged several meters by the car. The victim was left injured as the driver of the car decided to flee immediately. When officers arrived on the scene, they provided immediate first aid. Ambulance personnel then took care of the woman and transported her to the hospital.
