Officers searched the basement box and found a trade quantity of soft drugs as well as hard drugs. They also seized a sum of money, along with the boys scooter.
The mayor of the municipality of Alphen aan den Rijn had previously imposed a penalty on the 18-year-old. This must now be paid, and the municipality is also considering any new administrative measures.
The suspect has since been released. The investigation continues.
