During an investigation into electricity consumption, police found a cannabis plantation with approximately 450 plants in a room near the carport. A suspect, a 64-year-old man from Hoorn, was arrested and the investigation is ongoing. The National Facility for Dismantling has safely cleared the space. The plantation and plants will be destroyed.
