The criminal investigation into the possible sexual offenses is being conducted by the Public Prosecution Service of Zeeland-West Brabant, together with the Sexual Crimes team and the VIK (Safety, Integrity and Complaints) of the police. This investigation has led to prosecution; the case is yet to be substantively heard in court. The employee was previously suspended from duty in August 2024.
