It is Wednesday morning, May 21, just before 10:00 AM when the first woman is harassed at the corner of Bilderdijkstraat and Kinkerstraat. A few minutes later, another assault occurs further down Kinkerstraat. The police are quickly on the scene and conduct a search in the area. Based on the description, officers are able to arrest a man - without a fixed residence or abode - shortly thereafter.
