Identification of unknown woman – Wassenaar
An unknown deceased woman has been identified after more than 21 years. She is the then 35-year-old Eva Maria Pommer from Germany. She was found on July 4, 2004, in the dunes near Wassenaar and has finally regained her name. Eva Maria Pommer is the fourth woman from the Identify Me campaign to regain her name. The private Foundation Coldcasezaken plays an important role in the resolution. In the broadcasts of Team West and Opsporing Verzocht, we appeal to the viewers: who knows more about Eva Maria Pommer and how she died?
Explosion - Platostraat - The Hague
At a residence on Platostraat in The Hague, an explosion occurred on the night of Sunday, June 29 to Monday, June 30, 2025. It may have been a mistake and the suspect may have been targeting someone else. In the broadcast of Team West, we show images of the suspect in the hope that someone recognizes him. We also ask people to share any information that may be relevant to this investigation.
Burglaries - The Hague
The police have arrested a burglar responsible for at least sixteen burglaries. Many stolen items have already been returned to their rightful owners, but not everything could be returned. Therefore, in the broadcast of Team West, we show stolen goods and keys, asking who the rightful owners are.
Assault - Binckhorstlaan - The Hague
A 31-year-old man was seriously assaulted on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, around 4:15 PM on Binckhorstlaan in The Hague. The victim was cornered by two cyclists and then assaulted. After two witnesses intervened, the suspects rode away. In the broadcast of Opsporing Verzocht, we again ask (as previously in Team West) for attention to this case in the hope that the suspect will be recognized.
Broadcasts
Team West is broadcast every Tuesday starting at 5:00 PM on TV West and repeated every hour. On Wednesdays, Team West is repeated several more times. Opsporing Verzocht is aired every Tuesday evening at 8:25 PM.
