Earlier this evening, we reported that we were investigating the origin of a threatening email. We can now report that this investigation has led to the arrest of two minors from Dronten and Almere. Both are currently in custody and being interrogated.
The investigation was made possible through close cooperation between neighborhood and youth officers, detectives, and colleagues from the digital expertise department. Thanks to their joint efforts and careful investigative work, the suspects were quickly identified and arrested.
The investigation into the suspects involvement continues unabated.
