Victim
The victim was kidnapped on Wednesday, October 8, while she was on her way to work from Hoofddorp around 08:30 AM. On Friday, October 10, the police shared a photo of the victim and urged anyone with information about her whereabouts to come forward.
Six Suspects
On Friday evening, October 10, and Saturday afternoon, October 11, the police arrested six suspects. Two 37-year-old men from Almere and three men aged 17, 20, and 24 from Rotterdam and Amsterdam. On Saturday afternoon, a 29-year-old man from Beersel was arrested in cooperation with Belgian authorities. They are all suspected of involvement in the kidnapping of the woman.
