Police have launched an investigation into the exhibitionist in Sidelingepark

On Wednesday, July 2, around 3:00 PM, officers received reports of an exhibitionist in Sidelingepark in Rotterdam. Images of this are circulating on social media. We have also seen these images, and sexual crime investigators have launched an investigation.
