In the investigation of a violent incident that took place last Monday, September 8, 2025, in Breda involving a young woman, the police arrested a suspect on Thursday.
The victim was walking around 04:00 on the Nijverheidssingel when she was attacked by a man. He is said to be about 1.70m tall, wearing a gray or brown cap, a gray polo, and jeans. The police arrived quickly, but found no one. Based on subsequent investigations, the police arrested a 35-year-old suspect in Breda on Thursday evening, September 11. The man is in custody and is being interrogated.
