Through the European Network of Fugitive Active Search Teams (ENFAST), the Polish request was received by FASTNL, and after an investigation, the man was quickly traced and arrested in the Netherlands.
He was convicted for possession of a firearm and, through a Facebook group, called on other gun enthusiasts to participate in an illegal gathering. The purpose of this gathering was to jointly threaten and assault police officers as an act against the government.
In addition to these offenses, he was also convicted for stalking and threatening his ex-partner and repeatedly mentally and physically abusing his minor daughter.
