Around 12:00 PM, a report came in of a resuscitation. Emergency services and a bystander rushed to help, but unfortunately, the resuscitation was unsuccessful.
Two men have been arrested: an 18-year-old from Vlaardingen and a 19-year-old from Rotterdam. Their roles are under investigation.
What exactly happened is being investigated. Various scenarios are being considered. There may have been a fight beforehand, a quarrel and/or an assault. We are investigating what type of crime this concerns. A large team of detectives, a TGO, has been assigned to the case.
