Officers signaled the motorist around 3:35 PM on the N65 near Udenhout for a check. The driver did not comply, and the officers initiated a chase. The car sped towards Tilburg, creating dangerous situations on the road. On Blaakweg, police units managed to stop the vehicle. The driver was found to be without a valid drivers license and refused to cooperate with a breath and saliva test. The car was not inspected and not insured. Several small bags containing suspected hard drugs were found in the car. The 35-year-old man from Bergen op Zoom was arrested. A 33-year-old woman from Den Bosch who was in the car was also arrested. Both suspects were released after questioning. The car and drug bags have been seized for further investigation.
