The resident woke up when the suspects were in her bedroom, whereupon one of the suspects assaulted her. Jewelry was taken from her during the incident. The victim sustained multiple injuries and had to be transported to the hospital.
The two suspects, both dressed in dark clothing, fled after the robbery in the direction of Ridder van Catsweg. The police are investigating the case and would like to get in touch with anyone who may have more information or surveillance footage that could assist the investigation.
