The police received a report around 01:00 about an injured man on Molenstraat in Hapert. Upon arrival, officers found the man with stab wounds. Despite his injuries, he was responsive. The victim was transported by ambulance to the hospital.

Forensic Investigation

During the investigation, blood and glass traces led the officers to a second location on Kerkstraat, where the incident likely occurred. There, officers spoke with witnesses and involved parties. It appears to be a dispute between two men. No one wanted to file a complaint. The police are conducting neighborhood inquiries today and reviewing available CCTV footage to determine what exactly happened.
