The arson took place on the night of Sunday, February 16 to Monday, February 17 around 1:30 AM. When police arrived on the scene, they saw smoke coming from under the roof tiles of a restaurant. The fire department was then called and they escalated to a large fire. A lot of smoke was released and therefore several homes were evacuated.
On July 15, a first suspect was arrested who is still in custody. Both suspects are suspected of involvement in the arson.
