The Department of Safety, Integrity and Complaints (VIK) of the police conducted an investigation into the statements and involvement of the employee in question. The expressions were hurtful and inappropriate, with a large part considered unprofessional and/or discriminatory and/or racist. The employee is now facing the proposed decision for unconditional dismissal.
