Nearly 41,000 euros and 7 cars seized during inspection in Spanish Polder

Gebied: Rotterdam

During the week against undermining, the Tax Authority and the police collaborated in the Rotterdam Spanish Polder. This resulted in the seizure of 40,992 euros in tax debt and 7 confiscated cars on Wednesday, April 16.

Based on license plate recognition, license plates were compared with a list of wanted plates using a special camera. License plates of drivers with outstanding fines were directed to a control point by motor officers using this technique. Outstanding fines were collected there. Cars of drivers who could not pay were seized.
