Claiming expensive items by showing a firearm 
Under threat, underage victims were forced to hand over valuable items such as expensive jackets, bags, phones, and shoes. They had to take off their clothes, and bags with newly purchased items were also taken. This occurred under verbal threats, but in some cases, the suspects also showed a firearm. The suspects were active around Nieuwendijk, Damrak, Central Station, and the Red Light District.

Arrest outside of the act
One of the suspects who was arrested this week, the 17-year-old boy, is also a suspect in another investigation. During a house search, a firearm was indeed found in his bedroom. 

The suspects have been brought before the examining magistrate who has placed them in custody.
