Two individuals managed to enter the home during the night of Sunday, October 19 to Monday, October 20. The resident was assaulted and threatened with a (fake) firearm. The robbers stole various items.
During the investigation into the home robbery, two suspects were arrested. Due to the investigation, this was not disclosed earlier. On Friday, October 24, a 54-year-old man from Rotterdam was arrested. The courts council chamber decided last Wednesday that he will remain in custody for another 90 days. A 40-year-old man from The Hague, who was arrested on Tuesday, October 28, was brought before the court on October 31, and the examining magistrate extended his pre-trial detention by 14 days.
