No Criminal Offense in Investigation into the Disappearance of Shengmen Luo

The body of 23-year-old Shengmen Luo has been released to his family, and the investigation into his disappearance and death is nearly complete. There are no indications that a crime has occurred.
The body of the missing Shengmen Luo was found on March 21 by a specialized police team in the Nieuwe Meer near the De Oeverlanden park. The detectives and forensic investigation have conducted intensive research and have concluded that there are no indications of a crime.
