These neighbors had often seen the man visiting their neighborhood, parking his car, and receiving short visits from various people. They reported these suspicious situations to the police.

Hard Drugs
With that information in mind, officers saw the man in the neighborhood on December 30 and decided to stop him. On Geuzenweg, he was checked, and it quickly became clear he had a bag with (suspected) hard drugs. The man was arrested and the drugs were seized.
