This morning at around 12:00, the police were present at a building on Suvelstrjitte in Feanwâlden when a suspected drug lab was discovered. Subsequently, a 42-year-old man from Groningen was arrested. Another suspect fled the scene. With the help of a police dog and helicopter, the man was searched for. The police were able to apprehend a 45-year-old man from Hoensbroek shortly thereafter.

Investigation

Both suspects are in custody and will be interrogated regarding their involvement. The police are conducting a thorough investigation of the lab on-site. They are also examining whether the lab was still operational.
