At around 09:50 AM, a collision occurred, after which a chase ensued. At the intersection of Eikenboschweg and Beukendreef, they collided hard. Both cars ended up in a garden, causing significant damage. One of the motorists, a 21-year-old man from Spain, fled the scene. Neighbors were able to stop him in the vicinity and handed him over to an officer. The other driver, a 35-year-old man from Den Bosch, was checked on-site by an ambulance worker. Both suspects were taken to a police station. An initial test showed that they were likely under the influence of drugs. The police are conducting further investigations to clarify what exactly happened on Saturday morning and the involvement of the suspects in this incident. Officers have spoken to multiple witnesses.
