Witnesses sought: two explosions Nieuwe Binnenweg Rotterdam

Last night, two explosions occurred on Nieuwe Binnenweg in Rotterdam. The first explosion happened around 1:15 AM causing a small fire that was extinguished by the fire brigade. Around 4:10 AM, a second loud bang was heard, but no fire broke out. Fortunately, no one was injured in either incident. The police have launched an investigation and are seeking witnesses.
